COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Dental Associates Alsip Patients:

We understand and respect that many of our patients are concerned regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in Illinois and beyond. Our clinic is open and seeing both existing and new patients. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call our clinic at (708) 422-6655 and we will be able to assist you.

At Dental Associates Alsip, your overall health and wellness are paramount. We have many existing processes and procedures in place when it comes to the sterilization of dental equipment and our operatories. Please know that while we have taken extra measures to ensure that our spaces remain as sterile as possible for our emergency patients, we always follow strict disinfection and sterilization protocols.

Here are additional ways we're keeping you safe in our clinic:

  • Screening. Everyone goes through COVID-19 symptom screening and has their temperature taken upon entering our clinics. Patients with a temperature of over 100 degrees will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
  • Masking. Anyone entering our offices is required to wear a mask.
  • Reduced traffic. If you'd like to wait in your car until your appointment time, please call us and we well let you know when we're ready to see you.

We are following guidance from federal, state and local agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), American Dental Association (ADA), Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS), and other health organizations.

Please know we are taking every precaution to protect your overall health and wellness to uphold our mission and treat everyone like family. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures to support our patients and communities as needs arise.
